What we are looking for: Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in retail and/or service business with full P&L (profit and loss) responsibility. Passion for retail operations and engaging with people in your community. Initiative to drive business growth and enhance team performance. Willing to invest in start-up costs. Average minimum investment: $140k per location.
