Originally started in Houston, Texas, in 1983, Marble Slab Creamery introduced its innovative ice cream concept to Canada in 2003 and now has stores coast to coast in British Columbia, Yukon, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia.
